The first floor will house imaging and an ambulatory surgery center, including MRI, CT, X-ray, DEXA, and two mammography machines, along with two operating rooms and capacity for future expansion. The second floor will be home to urgent care, labs, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and family medicine, informed by Percival’s market analysis and strategic planning to align services with local demand and growth opportunities.
