Percival was engaged by Adventist Health Bakersfield to assist in developing a phased approach for the development of a 48-acre greenfield ambulatory care campus. Our team completed a thorough market analysis, which identified high opportunity service lines (e.g., orthopedics, women’s health, urgent care, inpatient rehab) to be included in the campus development plan.
Following this phase of the engagement, Percival identified and reached out to independent providers and medical groups to assess their interest in participating in the development. With those expressing interest, Percival facilitated discussions with the health system and evaluated various potential partnership and joint-venture structures. Following the market analysis phase of the engagement, Percival worked with its partner Remedy Medical Properties to create a phased development plan for the campus that identified optimal locations for the proposed facilities and outlined the required infrastructure necessary to develop the entire campus.
