With those expressing interest, Percival facilitated discussions with the health system and evaluated various potential partnership and joint-venture structures. Following the market analysis phase of the engagement, Percival worked with its partner Remedy Medical Properties to create a phased development plan for the campus that identified optimal locations for the proposed facilities and outlined the required infrastructure necessary to develop the entire campus.
